OUR HISTORY

Résidence 6900 Papineau, a family business, has been in operation for 15 years. Our mission is to provide people a pleasant lifestyle through their Golden Age. We are located in the heart of la Petite-Patrie, Villeray and Rosemont, close to many services, our residence includes more than 97 units comprised of rooms, studios, and apartments (1, 2,and 3 ½) with private washroom or full bathroom, on three floors served by two elevators.

OUR MISSION

Our residence specializes in accommodations for autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors, aged 60 or more. Residents with varied profiles are welcomed. We strive to meet the expectations of our residents who wish to indulge in a pleasant lifestyle and enjoy packaged, all-inclusive, hotel-style services, including fun activities, whatever their accommodations (room, studio or apartment)
